How to return my item(s) ?

To return an item(s) within the 14-day change of mind return or exchange it will be at your cost. 

1. Contact customercare@bargainchemist.co.nz explaining what you want returned and refunded. 
2. You will receive an email with our return shipping address.
3. Once we have receive your items, a refund will be processed.
