Return Timeframes

Bargain Chemist offers a 14-day change of mind return or exchange on any sellable condition product.

1. Goods are returned and exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date. After this day you may not be entitled to an exchange or refund.
2. Goods are unopened and in their original packaging.
3. Goods are not used or damaged in any way.

Products EXCLUSIONS for change of mind returns.

1. Medicines: Pharmacy only, Pharmacist only and Prescriptions 
2. Make-up 
3. Perfumes 
4. Medical Devices 
5. Clearance or short dated stock

Once we have received your returned item(s) it may take 3-5 working days depending on your bank provider for you to receive your refund.
