I received a different item from what I ordered.

If you receive the incorrect item(s) please contact customercare@bargainchemist.co.nz

  1. Have your order number in the subject line of the email
  2. Provide a photo of the incorrect item you have received with your invoice.

If we no longer have stock available, we suggest requesting a full refund. 


Once we have received your email we will send out the correct item with a return bag and label (this can be emailed). On the return label will be a link to arrange a pick up time and the courier will pick it up from your house.
