Once your order has been received by our Distribution Centre in Christchurch or Westgate, it flows through our system to be picked and packed by our team. While we always aim to deliver by the date shown to you at checkout, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order on the date. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email on any changes to your ETA.
Your delivery time will be dependent on your location and the item(s) your purchasing but we aim to dispatch within 2-5 working days and 1-3 days shipping.
Rural addresses may take an extra 1-2 business days once handed over to the local rural service.
Please note: that we cannot guarantee that a parcel won’t encounter delays within the couriers network, public holidays, weekends and natural events.
